Daniel-Constantin is known as a pioneer, presenter, entrepreneur and developer in open source telephony and technology. What was formerly known as OPENSER project had to change its name to Kamailio. (www.ser.com claimed to infringe their trademark “SER”, so much simpler to change the name). Shortly after, there was a fork from Kamailio resulting in an additional open source project called openSIPS.
