ITEXPO East on Jan. 20, 2010, was a dynamite conference in a fun-filled, sunshine city of Miami Beach. Graham Francis and Alan Pesatty were in the press room. Graham was preparing to give a presentation during the SIP Trunking Summit which is run by Ingate. Alan Pesatty asked all the questions that your company might ask about the SIP School before you enroll your team to learn about session initiation protocol and the benefits of such for more effective business processes, especially in the area of telecommunications.
