A managing editor of Techistan, gave advice at an ITEXPO open source roundtable around 2005: “Don’t try to beat your competitor or the leaders in your industry. For the first, buy them. For the second, collaborate with them or at least take advantage of them. Don’t waste energy, trying to beat them or standing back staring in awe or jealousy.”
