TIA and ITW Telecom Powerhouse Conferences in May 2010

What’s up in telecommunications in May 2011? One rather new powerhouse ITW and an even newer powerhouse from TIA. In fact, the TIA 2011 debut is May 18-20, 2010 in Gaylord (Dallas) Texan, Grapevine, TX, and International Telecoms Week in Washington DC is scheduled May 24-26, 2010.
The Telecommunications Industry Association is pleased to announce the debut of TIA 2011: Inside the Network, May 18-20, at the Gaylord (Dallas) Texan, in Grapevine, TX. This will be the first event of its kind for the telecommunications and ICT industries, for a number of reasons:
1. A focus on the challenges and opportunities relati
ng to the future of all aspects of the Network – transport, mobile backhaul, architecture, security, regulatory issues, sustainability, Smart Grid, smart devices, servers and data centers, the Cloud, the edge and the needs of the customers of our industry
2. May 18, a one-day C-level Summit, focused on innovation and future needs relating to the Network from the customer’s perspective
3. May 18, a one-day Broadband Policy and Regulatory Summit
4. May 18-20, three days of non-concurrent conference sessions and exhibits
5. An online (virtual) Digital Marketplace, running April-June 2011, enabling international outreach, advance matchmaking and meetings, and greater exhibitor ROI based on increased number of leads
6. Technology tours hosted by Dallas area ICT companies during the 3-day live event
7. TIA will support matchmaking to help attendees optimize their time in advancing business conversations
8. Meetings of TIA members and standards committees contributing to TIA community relationship-building
9. Better booth rates than you will find at any other similar event, with extra TIA membership benefits
10. Educational sessions will be held for both business and technical professionals
11. A Dallas location, convenient and centrally located for all U.S. locations as well as Latin America, and home to the Technology Corridor where so many of our innovative companies are located
As new players continue to define access to services, and secure, reliable and flexible networks are driving innovation, a new kind of event needs to take shape to help your business continue to remain competitive. TIA 2011: Inside the Network is an event defining and showcasing thought leadership in a changing marketplace.
