IPsmarx was founded in 2001, with a focus on calling card billing solutions. Soon they added focus on broadband telephony, callback, wholesale, home service, and termination platforms. They are bundled with Cisco and Quintum hardware, technical support her and carrier services. Their clients are in 63 countries.
